First Strike t8.1/t9.1/t4,1 service kit

Buyer beware!!! My experience with this company was the worst experience I ever had. Specially the customer service. Who tried to blame the USPS for their (etsy) negligence, by trying to tell me they sent my package the very next day after I ordered it which was a flat out lie. If I didn't email them asking where my package was it would have never been sent out. I have the receipt from USPS and it shows the label was printed on the 16th yet etsy didn't drop it off to the post office for a week after the label was made. Then the way the want to fix this is by making me wait another week totally screwing up my vacation time. And to think I paid for first class shipping. Anyhow if I could etsy would get negative stars. When Monday comes around I will be contacting the BBB and the rest of the things I mentioned in the email I sent
